Regional Sales Representative

BX.COM, a proven leader in Web site development and ongoing hosting and site management, is currently seeking regional sales representatives in several territories throughout the country. You will have the opportunity to sell the best eCommerce software in the industry along with BX.COM’s other offerings such as Content Management Software, Custom Web site Design and Development. Best of all, you will have unlimited earning potential on an annuity basis from ongoing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell both high value complex Software, Design and Web Application Development projects as well as BX.COM’s innovative hosting and site management programs for ongoing revenues.
  • Ability to develop relationships and understand clients business needs
  • Create proposals based on needs analysis
  • Give sales presentations, both virtually and in person
  • Network and develop client prospects
  • Assume full management including closure of identified sales leads, with focus on increasingly sophisticated and complex clients
  • Achieve and maintains a minimum sales quota
  • Participate in assessing the viability of business opportunities in conjunction with the internal business consultant and project manager

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of Corporate sales experience into IT and/or marketing departments is required. Prefer experience selling into mid-sized to large corporations.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Consultative sales skills and good overall relationship management skills
  • Confident, passionate, high energy and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation and follow-up skills
  • Self motivated and driven for success
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with concentration on networking, communication, building client partnerships, facilitating relationships
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong repertoire of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to integrate understanding of complex business systems and their applications to drive client interactions
  • Ability to integrate understanding of the products, services and work flow process to clients
  • Understanding of the market value of the Internet and its utilization in helping to achieve business goals; includes remaining current on Internet applications, changes within the industry, trends, etc.
